A Living Tradition
Dara Pressley is an herbalist, spiritual educator, and designer who has spent decades listening — to plants, to ancestors, to the land beneath her feet here in the Pacific Northwest.
She weaves together the teachings of her ancestry with seasonal rhythms and earth-based practice, offering a tradition that is both ancient and alive.
Whether through apprenticeship, workshop, or the zine, Dara teaches with heart, humor, and an unshakeable belief in the power of the plants to help us remember who we are.
