Summer invites us into the medicine of the South—the season of vitality, courage, and wholehearted expression. As the sun reaches its fullest strength, we explore the herbs, body systems, and practices that ignite our inner fire while learning to tend it with wisdom. Together we’ll work with plants that strengthen circulation, digestion, and transformation, discovering how to cultivate a radiant, sustainable vitality rather than burning ourselves out.
