About This Workshop

Pleasure has always been medicine.

In a world that teaches us to brace, perform, and endure, many of us forget that the body was also created to receive delight. This workshop explores the herbs that soften our defenses, awaken the senses, and invite us back into intimacy with ourselves and the living world.

Together we’ll meet allies like rose, damiana, hibiscus, jasmine, and cacao—plants that nourish the heart, stir vitality, support healthy desire, and remind us that beauty is not separate from healing. We’ll explore their traditional uses, energetic signatures, and simple ways to weave them into everyday ritual.

This is an evening of tasting, smelling, listening, reflecting, and remembering. Bring a candle, your favorite mug, and an open notebook. We’ll feed every sense and leave with a deeper understanding that joy, pleasure, and presence are not luxuries—they are part of our medicine.
