About This Workshop
The heart carries more than blood. It is muscle, vessel, and knower.
The heart keeps time for the whole body, and it is the place where we hold what we have not yet been able to set down. This workshop tends it on every level. We'll work with the herbs that have long been trusted with circulatory tone — the ones that strengthen, steady, and soften the physical heart. And we'll sit with the plants that meet the other heart: the grief held in the chest, the guardedness that gathers after loss, and the slow, unhurried work of opening again.
Julie and Ericka bring their own depth to this dialogue, and together we'll move between the body and the spirit of this medicine — the way the heart itself does. Come as you are. There is room here for whatever you're carrying.

The Physical Heart
